FFTP (Guy) Inc. ushered in this joyous Christmas season by treating all the residents of the Palms Geriatric Home to a delightful meal, music, personal care items and fellowship.
The residents were thrilled and grateful as they were entertained by various renditions of Christmas carols performed by the staff of FFTP (Guy) Inc.
Chief Executive Officer (Ag) Ms. Andrea Benjamin stated, “We would like to wish the residents of the Palms a happy Christmas. It brings us joy to see the smiles on your faces. We look forward to continuing our partnership in the future. Merry Christmas to all of you.”
The administrator of the Palms Geriatric Home, Ms. Samantha Douglas, explained that as per tradition, the residents look forward to FFTP (Guy) Inc. providing the Christmas cheer. “They enjoy this time of the year, as you can see the smiles on their faces. We are grateful to FFTP (Guy) Inc. for filling that gap for us at the end of the year. We appreciate this gesture and would like to express our gratitude on behalf of the management, staff, and residents. We also wish you a prosperous new year,”.
Food for the Poor (Guyana) Incorporated (FFP), is the largest charitable Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in Guyana. The work of FFTP Guyana is restricted to charitable purposes within the ten (10) Administrative Regions of Guyana. The organization has grown tremendously over the 32 years and has become the largest charitable organization in Guyana. The organization operates under the theme: Transforming Communities, Renewing Hope, and Saving Lives. FFTP (Guy) Inc. continues our long-standing relationship with the Palms Geriatric Home for more than two decades.
