For more than 31 years, Food for The Poor (Guyana) Inc. the largest Charitable organization in Guyana has been transforming the lives of the most vulnerable throughout the length and breadth of the country. This is accomplished by a number of Programs, Projects and Initiatives. 

Our goal is to not only bring relief to those in dire need but to enable them to become resilient and self-sufficient. Food for the Poor (FFTP) cannot accomplish this on its own as it depends on the generous support of donors and collaboration with trusted partners. In this regard Food for the Poor (Guyana) Inc. invites you/your company to support or partner with us in any of the following Programs or Projects:

Outreach Program: This initiative involves the distribution of needed items and medical outreach to poor communities across the country.

Rural/Hinterland Education Support Program: Support the establishment of nursery education, expansion of primary schools and the provision of furniture and teaching aids.

Children Hygiene Program: Support the provision of hygiene products such as toothpaste, tooth brushes, sanitary items, soap, deodorant etc. for vulnerable children.

Homes for the Poor: With many families unable to access loans to build a home, support for the provision of homes for the poor is absolutely essential.

Together, we can make a lasting impact on the lives of those in need.
