The Caribbean Council of Temple Avenue, London is a long-established trade and investment consultancy and membership organization, that specializes in providing advisory services to companies, trade associations, governments, public sector organizations, and regional organizations.
The Caribbean Council hosted President Irfan Ali and his delegation at their Annual Reception at the House of Lords while he was in London for a three-day visit.
During his visit, they also organized a number of important events promoting Guyana and highlighting the opportunities for investors here.
All the proceeds of the events hosted by the Caribbean Council were donated to Food for the Poor (Guyana) Inc. (FFTP) and the charitable organization will be the Caribbean Council’s chosen charity for the next twelve (12) months.
Thus, the sum of US$1,250 was donated to FFTP (Guyana). This donation will be utilized to provide support to the elderly and The Palms Geriatric Home as requested by the Donor.
