FFTP (Guy) Inc. staff concluded Harobed Customer Service Training

On April 5 and 6, 2023, Food For The Poor (Guy) Inc. concluded a customer service training activity. The training was held under the theme “Harobed Training: Above and Beyond Customer Service” and was facilitated by Mrs. Deborah King and Mr. Timothy King. The exercise saw thirty FFTP (Guy) Inc. staff members participating.

The activity featured useful and valuable learning experiences, drills, and techniques to improve the quality of customer service engagement at FFTP (Guy) Inc. It also provided practical strategies to enable participants to understand the ABCs of professionalism, which are: A (Appearance and Attitude), B (Behaviour and Body Language), and C (Communication and Courtesy).

FFTP (Guy) Inc. staff were also taught the importance of the customer experience, as this refers to what the customer thinks and feels about themselves as a result of doing business with the organization. At the end of the two-day session, the staff members were satisfied as they concluded in unison that FFTP (Guy) Inc.’s core values were understood. The training will now enhance FFTP (Guy) Inc. staff members’ understanding of the customer experience.
